Sugarflows is a suite of products and services based on the CommodityFlows modelling system.
They consist of market reports, studies, consultancy and software development all related to the sugar trade internationally and domestically.

Whilst Sugarflows is targeted at the sugar market, the CommodityFlows modelling system can be applied to a range of different raw materials. The system shares some of the features found in a number of existing market models and its core logic is Locational Marginal Pricing (LMP), the same as used in the Electricity Grid of the United States. The key feature of LMP is that it allows for the determination of prices at any number of configured locations, periods and related product types.

Whilst most other models that exist are often only set up and run infrequently, CommodityFlows is designed to be run frequently. This allows for changes in important data inputs to be reflected almost in real time. The entire system can be run on a laptop or over the internet and allows for rapid data input and results output.
